Workshop Gin Maken (NL) – VOL @ Bottle Distillery

WORKSHOP GIN MAKEN

De workshop Gin Maken start met een rondleiding. We geven je uitgebreid inzicht in het proces van grondstof tot eindproduct. Vervolgens krijg je uitleg over de werking van de distilleerketel, de fases in het distilleren en het rijpingsproces in onze eikenhouten vaten. Met ruiken en proeven beleef je elke stap van het proces.

Na de rondleiding proef je verschillende soorten gins. Puur en in combinatie met verschillende tonics en garneringen. Daarna ga je zelf met distillaten en extracten aan de slag om jouw eigen unieke gin te maken. Je kunt je DIY gin zelf proeven en elkaars creaties beoordelen. Jouw eigen DIY gin neem je in een flesje mee naar huis.

MASTERCLASS RUM

In de Masterclass Rum maak je een verdieping op de veelzijdige wereld van rum en ga je je eigen flesje rum maken. We behandelen het ontstaan van rum en de grondstoffen die gebruikt worden. Je krijgt inzicht in de verschillende rumstijlen en we behandelen de soorten rum met uitgebreid inzicht in het proces van grondstof tot eindproduct. Met ruiken en proeven beleef je elke stap van het proces.

Je kennis wordt verder verrijkt met inzichten over de verschillende fracties die we gebruiken, verschil in gebruikte alcoholpercentages en het gebruik van van zoetstoffen Daarna ga je zelf met een uitgebreid pallet aan ingrediënten aan de slag om jouw eigen unieke rum te maken. Je kunt je DIY rum zelf proeven en elkaars creaties beoordelen. Jouw eigen DIY rum neem je in een flesje mee naar huis.

MASTERCLASS RUM

In the Rum Masterclass you will deepen your knowledge of the versatile world of rum and make your own bottle of rum. We discuss the origin of rum and the raw materials that are used. You will gain insight into the different rum styles and we will cover the types of rum with extensive insight into the process from raw material to finished product. You can experience every step of the process by smelling and tasting.
Your knowledge is further enriched with insights about the different rum-parts we use, the difference in alcohol percentages used and the use of sweeteners. After that, you will work with an extensive range of ingredients to make your own unique rum. You can taste your DIY rum yourself and judge each other’s creations. You take your own DIY rum home in a bottle.

PROEVERIJ

Na ontvangst met een welkomstdrankje krijg je een uitgebreide toelichting over de distilleerderij, het proces van distilleren en extraheren en de werking van onze distilleerketel. Je krijgt uitgebreid uitleg over onze distillaten en gaat onze verschillende distillaten zoals rum, beerbrandy, wodka, gin en likeuren proeven.
