WORKSHOP LIKEUR MAKEN

De workshop Likeur Maken geeft je uitgebreid inzicht in het proces van grondstof tot eindproduct. Tijdens de rondleiding krijg je in de distilleerderij uitleg over de werking van de distilleerketel, de fases in het distilleren en het rijpingsproces in onze eikenhouten vaten. Met ruiken en proeven beleef je elke stap van het proces.

Door het proeven van verschillende distillaten maak je kennis met de methoden en uitgebreide mogelijkheden om je eigen likeur te maken. Daarna ga je zelf met distillaten en extracten aan de slag om jouw eigen likeur te maken. Je kunt je DIY likeur zelf proeven en elkaars creaties beoordelen. Jouw eigen DIY likeur neem je in een flesje mee naar huis.

Tijdsduur: circa 2 1/2 uur
Prijs per persoon: € 47,50 (rondleiding + proeverij + flesje DIY Liqueur)

WORKSHOP MAKING GIN

The workshop gives you extensive insight into the process from raw material to end product. During the tour you you learn all about our potstill, the phases in the process of distillation and the maturation process in our oak barrels. With smell and taste you experience every step of the process.
By tasting different types of gins you gain insights into the diversity of this drink. After an explanation of tonics and mixers there will be a tasting and you can experience various options of mixers and garnishing.

Then you go create your own unique gin with distillates and extracts. You can taste your own DIY-gin and judge each others creations. In a bottle you take your own DIY-gin home.

Duration: approximately 2 1/2 hours
